01Overview

XEYAR Ltd. provides a limited warranty on its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. XEYAR products are sold to businesses under a supply agreement, and the specific warranty terms for any project, including periods and conditions, are set out in that agreement. This page is a plain-language summary and does not replace the agreement.

02Warranty periods

The warranty period begins on the date of original delivery to the first purchaser under the supply agreement.

03What is covered

Subject to the supply agreement, XEYAR will repair or replace a product, or a defective part, that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, when the product has been installed, operated, and maintained according to XEYAR documentation.

04What is not covered

• Damage from misuse, abuse, accident, or operation outside published specifications.
• Improper installation, wiring, or maintenance not performed to XEYAR documentation.
• Unauthorized modification, repair, or use of non-approved parts.
• Damage from power irregularities, environmental conditions, or force majeure events beyond published ratings.
• Normal wear, consumable items, and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

05Who is covered

The warranty covers the original purchaser under the supply agreement. Transfer of the warranty, if permitted, is governed by that agreement.

06How to make a claim

To make a claim, contact XEYAR using the details below and provide the product model and serial number, proof of purchase or delivery, and a description of the issue. XEYAR will confirm the process, which may include diagnostics, return of the part, or on-site service, as set out in the supply agreement.

07Sole and exclusive remedy

To the fullest extent permitted by law, repair or replacement as described here, or refund where the agreement provides for it, is the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty. Except as stated here or required by law, XEYAR disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

08Relationship to the supply agreement

Where this summary and the supply agreement differ, the supply agreement controls. Nothing on this page adds to or changes the warranty XEYAR has agreed in writing for a specific project.

09Governing law

This warranty is governed by the law stated in the applicable supply agreement. Where none is stated, it is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
