• Our website at xeyar.com and its regional editions (for example, xeyar.com/ca/, xeyar.com/ae/).
• Our products, including patent-pending battery-buffered EV chargers and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
• The XEYAR Nexus software platform, when operated by our customers.
• Our sales, support, and installation services.
• Our marketing communications, including email and social media.

This policy does not cover third-party websites or services linked from our site, such as distributor partners or social platforms. Those services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.

02Information we collect

Information you provide directly

• Contact and business information: name, company name, job title, business email, phone number, and country or region.
• Inquiry and project details: information you share in a contact form, quote request, or partnership inquiry, such as site type, power needs, and timeline.
• Communications: messages you send by contact form, email, phone, or during sales and support conversations.

System and telemetry data (XEYAR Nexus customers only)

When a customer operates XEYAR hardware connected to the XEYAR Nexus platform, Nexus processes charging-session data, energy usage, fault codes, and configuration parameters on that customer's behalf. For this data XEYAR acts as a processor for the customer, who remains the controller.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and time zone.
• Usage data: pages viewed, time on page, and clicks.
• Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 06.

Information from third parties

• Analytics and advertising partners may share aggregated, non-identifying audience signals.
• Distributors and partners may share inquiry information when a project is referred to or from XEYAR.
