01Our commitment

XEYAR Ltd. is committed to making xeyar.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. We treat accessibility as part of building a professional, investor-grade website and we work to improve it over time.

02Conformance standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of abilities. We test against this standard as we build and update the Site.

03Accessibility features on xeyar.com

• Semantic structure: proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, lists, and labeled forms for screen-reader navigation.
• Keyboard navigation: interactive elements such as menus and forms are operable by keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators.
• Color contrast: text and interactive elements aim to meet or exceed WCAG AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
• Resizable text: text scales up to 200 percent through browser zoom without loss of content or function.
• Descriptive alt text: meaningful images carry alternate text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Skip to content: a skip link lets keyboard and screen-reader users jump straight to the main content.
• Reduced motion: animations honor the prefers-reduced-motion system setting.

04Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. Known limitations include:

• Some embedded third-party content is governed by the third party's own accessibility implementation.
• Older PDF spec sheets may not be fully tagged for screen readers; tagged replacements are being rolled out.
• Some imagery uses gradient or low-contrast detail; we provide text descriptions alongside where practical.

05Charger and hardware accessibility

The physical accessibility of an installed EV charger or storage system depends heavily on site design: mounting height, parking-stall clearance, cable management, surface gradient, and reach ranges. We work with installers and site owners to recommend configurations that align with applicable standards in each market, including:

• Canada: CSA B651 and provincial accessibility legislation, such as the AODA in Ontario.
• United States: ADA Title III and the ADA Accessibility Guidelines for parking and accessible routes, plus state-specific EV guidance where it applies.
• Other markets: relevant national and local codes, applied by the local distributor or installer on a project basis.
