The Challenge
The World Has an Energy Storage Problem
550 GW of wind and solar generating capacity has been installed globally, but approximately $8.5 trillion of it will be lost this year due to curtailment. The durable, "always-on" stationary storage solutions needed to capture this lost energy — and enable renewables to act as baseload grid capacity — simply aren't keeping up.
Most energy storage solutions today rely on lithium-ion batteries, which feature fire risks, daily cycle limitations, inefficiencies, rapid degradation, temperature range restrictions, and only a 4–10 year lifespan. High-power EV chargers face 12–24 month utility delays due to grid-capacity limits. Grid upgrades can cost $1–4 million per site.
We need a fundamentally different approach.
The XEYAR Solution
Most batteries are electrochemical devices. XEYAR's supercapacitor modules are electrostatic — they store electricity as electricity, not through chemical conversion. This eliminates stress and parasitic load, delivering better performance, longer life, and lower cost.
Our patented battery-buffered architecture accepts energy from any source — grid, solar, wind, generator — stores it in your choice of supercapacitor or sodium-ion modules, and delivers it exactly when and where it's needed.
45-year design life vs. 4–10 years for lithium-ion
500,000+ cycles vs. 3,000–6,000 for LFP
Zero thermal runaway — no fire suppression required
97%+ round-trip efficiency
Deploy in weeks, not years
Our Technology
Two Breakthrough Chemistries. One Certified Architecture.
Choose the right chemistry for your application. Both deploy through XEYAR's patented DC ESS architecture with UL 9540 3rd Edition certification.
Supercapacitor
XEYAR Supercapacitor Series
Electrostatic Energy Storage — DRACO / Dragonfly / Phoenix
Stores energy electrostatically (not electrochemically), enabling virtually unlimited cycling with zero degradation. Ideal for high-power applications requiring instant response: data center UPS, PV ramp smoothing, fast frequency response, and ultra-fast EV charging.
Advanced sodium-ion chemistry with zero SEI/CEI layer formation eliminates thermal runaway risk entirely. Higher energy density than supercapacitor, ideal for longer-duration storage: residential solar, commercial BESS, and grid-scale containers.

Battery-Buffered EV Charging
Ultra-Fast Charging. Anywhere. No Grid Upgrades.
XEYAR's patented (pending) architecture stores energy at a trickle rate, then releases it in high-power bursts — delivering ultra-fast DC charging even where the grid can't support it.
How It Works
The system accepts multiple energy inputs — grid, solar PV, wind, generator — and stores energy in your chosen buffer: supercapacitor or sodium-ion. The Charge Management System (CMS) orchestrates trickle charging during off-peak hours and delivers high-power bursts on demand.
Mix any combination of Level 2 + DCFC ports on one system
10 kW to 750 kW+ DC fast charging output
Eliminates $1–4M grid infrastructure upgrades
Avoids 12–24 month utility interconnection delays
~25% electricity savings via off-peak trickle charging
XEYAR brings together expertise in energy systems, power electronics, and global market development — backed by strategic partnerships with world-class technology providers.
