XEYAR's patented battery-buffered architecture supports two breakthrough energy storage technologies on a single certified platform. The supercapacitor (SuperCap) variant delivers 500,000+ cycle life, sub-millisecond response, and operation from -40°C to +65°C without HVAC — ideal for data center UPS, grid frequency regulation, and harsh-climate EV charging. The sodium-ion (Na-ion) variant delivers 20,000+ cycles, non-hazardous transport certification, and up to 12C discharge — ideal for residential solar storage, commercial demand-charge reduction, fleet depot charging, and grid-scale energy arbitrage.
Both supercapacitor and sodium-ion variants are lithium-free and cobalt-free, eliminating thermal runaway risk, fire code restrictions, and hazardous supply chain dependencies. The patented battery-buffered clustered architecture (USPTO patent pending) enables ultra-fast DC fast charging on standard 480V grid service with no utility upgrade required — unlocking deployment at gas stations, fleet depots, multifamily properties, hospitals, schools, airports, and off-grid remote locations.
